09 / What we do not doHard limits

Work no crew will take on.

  • Physical work, such as repairs, deliveries or anything that needs hands on site.
  • Bespoke work that needs manual design or hand edits.
  • Open-ended negotiations.
  • Clinical, legal or other regulated decisions. The crew can book a patient, but it never gives medical advice.
  • Hiring decisions about people.
  • Anything that cannot be undone, such as moving money or signing a contract, unless you have given explicit authority.
  • Any integration we cannot verify or safely stop.
  • Cold calls to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
